This was my first time buying from Floom, although my brother had used them frequently. The website kept crashing on my phone and my friends' phones I ordered a bouquet and had questions about its size, so I contacted customer service. While they responded quickly, their response led me to believe the bouquet's size I ordered was accurate, but it turned out to be much smaller. The customer service representatives were not particularly welcoming, which was odd. The most frustrating part was the delivery estimate from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it arrived at 5:59 - like the kid in high school who rushes to deliver their subpar paper 1 minute before assignment deadline. Meanwhile, my girlfriend received five other flower deliveries from different places, all before noon.
