Flowers were to be delivered on Jan 1 2024. I received an email at 6pm on Jan 1. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is at least they were pro-active about the refund (which I expect to receive shortly)
"Unfortunately our florist isn't able to deliver to your recipient's area today due to unforeseen circumstances - I'm sorry about this. As a result, I've cancelled and processed your refund. Your e-receipt should be with you shortly. "
