Have been good over the years but a Valentine's Day bouquet was delivered with dead roses, which did not go down at all well! The recipient was so embarrassed by this that I only found out a few days later. Floom refused to do anyhting without a photo, which I don't have, as the dead roses were thrown out straight away. Floom refused point blank to do anything about it, either a partial refund or better still, a replacement of the roses. Poor, and such a shame that Floom are so intransigent with a longstanding customer - whcih they have now lost
