I've patiently and repeatedly asked for service from Floom and I've received no response. The wrong bouquet was delivered and contained items covered in spray paint. I've requested either the redelivery of the correct item, or a refund and have received no response. I've never refuted a card payment in my life, but I will be doing so if this is not resolved.
