Ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day and they never left the florist. Credit to Floom for giving the ability to see where they were and the customer service members I interacted with were friendly enough but told me I had no options.
I was told they would be delivered by 10 am the following day or I would get a refund. Not good enough. They refused to let me cancel the order (I don't want flowers delivered to my significant other's work the day after Valentine's Day for obvious reasons) and I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Don't take orders for Valentine's Day if you can't handle them and don't tell your customers that the best they can get is the next day which will make them look bad.
