This was a simple way to get beautiful flowers to someone quickly! Unfortunately, I don't think that the order status was updated in a timely way, so I got nervous enough about order fulfillment that I called the florist to confirm delivery. I also tried to reach customer service through Floom's website to change the recipient phone number and entered my contact information in the chat but no one ever reached out.
Also, this was a same day delivery but you don't have that option in your questionnaire below for the question, "How many days did your delivery take?"
