I have used Floom for a couple years now. They are an aggregator- the flowers you order will be coming from a florist near your delivery point. That said, the Floom website does a good job of showing you what the flowers will look like, and the standardized approach allows you to compare different bouquets and prices effectively. I have only ever had one disappointing bouquet delivered (which appeared to have been picked by the roadside by the driver and then slept on). Floom reviewed the pictures I sent them and then gave me a full refund with apologies. It happens....
