The service was very convenient so I really can't fault it for that.
The downside was the fact the flowers delivered weren't what I ordered. Clapham Flowers called to inform me and given the fact I had promised flowers, I was kinda stuck with what they had available.
I ordered tulips and peonies were delivered.
Thankfully the gesture was enough, but overall I may do it in person next time, or call a flower shop directly to ensure what arrives is what I ordered.
