I spent £160 on flowers and paid for next day delivery, I received an e-mail 4 days later apologising that the flowers hadn't been delivered by their partner florist and that they would be the delivered the next day ( 5 days late!)and I would receive a 10% refund and my delivery charge refunded
This was the first I'd been informed of any delay at all, I thought the flowers had been delivered - the delay and poor offer of compensation was totally unacceptable and very disappointing - fortunately when I expressed this their partner florist agreed to provide a full refund. Unfortunately this has put me off using them again
