Avoid the Doncaster branch! Purchased £1700 worth of flooring in store. A full day passed and I didn't receive any confirmation of the transaction. I sent an email requesting an invoice and a day later i got a reply stating my request has been completed....... Not the case..... I called CS and after an hour of being on hold I was informed my order isn't on the system! I asked for a refund after getting in touch with the store directly and I was told it would be processed same day, it's now 3 days later and still don't have a refund. I've contacted them daily and they keep telling me they're going to process it.... Obviously not the case. I will be going into the Doncaster branch tomorrow to sort it face to face.... Absolute joke of a company
