Ordered vinyl for bathroom but on inspection by our builder it was ripped and scratched in middle when he undid it ready to fit. He remarked that there were bits of tape on it, too, and bent edges - all leading him to believe it was the end of a roll. Not fit for purpose and not good quality even if it had been undamaged. Courteous replies from sales department but they then requested to collect it so I stayed in all day on agreed collection. Nobody turned up but then courier reported they'd called at 17.43pm. They had not. Total waste of my time off! However again courteous salespeople have now offered full refund including delivery as requested. Not impressed overall as we've paid for builder's time and I've lost a day's pay. Now we've got to take vinyl to local recycling centre to dispose of it. I won't order flooring from this company ever again.
