Purchased flooring from Blaydon store on the 20th h of July said it would take 7-10 days to come in never heard from them so called into the store and when I got there the shutters were down and they said they had moved to another premises so I went to the new address and non existant. Even head office is not answering phone. Absolotely disgusting how they treat customers.
