After visiting another chain carpet store before coming in, the standard at FLR was a lot higher. It was easy to find the showroom & very welcoming receptionist. I was really impressed with Adam, who took the time to get to know me and to understand what I wanted. I explained that I was working with a budget and he worked to fit with that whilst still providing first class customer service.
