My husband & I spoke to a young man who had a stand in Touchwood Shopping Centre as we will be needing some Laminate flooring for our En-Suite he gave us some information on the Location were FLR are on The Cranmore Trading Estate Solihull which is local.we went next day and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who showed us to the Showroom which is very Trendy and beautifully decorated we then spoke to a very nice young man who asked if we would like to sit down and have a coffee which he had a Nespresso coffee machine my husband had an espresso and I had a Latte.He then brought some books of samples over for us to look at different prices nothing was too much trouble for him FLR is well worth a visit so much choice to choose from.
