From the initial showroom visit to the carpets being fitted the entire experience was excellent. In the showroom Faith was very patient with us she helped us choose what was best for us, we were not rushed we felt that nothing was too much trouble. When Richard came out to take measurements he was happy to answer any questions we had, and then the fitters were friendly and professional. The speed and efficiency with which they carried out the work was excellent. The finished product was better than we could have wished for, in fact it was so good we are coming back to have our hall stairs and landing fitted. Excellent job all round would be happy to recommend to anyone with confidence.
