Faulty products and Non existent customer service.
Bought a rose box for my mothers birthday. Product was expensive and arrived in filthy packaging - obviously this product had been sitting on the shelf for a while. Also, rose was out of its box and glue had come off. Emailed customer service service a number of times with no response ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
