I ordered the flowers almost 2weeks ago for delivery on Sat 21st Nov. It's not clear when ordering that they go to royal mail which can put 2days on the expected delivery day??? The flowers arrived today not looking their best and missed the 40th birthday they were intended for. I will not be using flying flowers again.
