Flowers were ok but not normal quality....but the chocolates ...3 No....were disgraceful for £4.99 extra for each order. Very, very disappointing.
Also one of our 3 orders for our 3 daughters, contained NO chocolates at all .......Extremely disappointed with the service on this occasion although past orders have been very good.
