Very disappointing. These flowers were ordered on the 2nd January for a special Birthday on the 14th Jan and up to 11.00 today they still hadn't arrived . I received an eMail on the 14th from yourselves saying they were on their way but nothing arrived. Not a satisfactory conclusion to what should have been a happy occasion in these sad times.
The flowers eventually arrived on Saturday afternoon................
