Although ordered in plenty of time the flowers did not arrive on the day requested For a birthday surprise . They arrived the next day completely frozen , fortunately they did recover but it was a bit disappointing especially as our daughter has been quite poorly and we want Ted to cheer her up. We appreciate that some deliveries have been affected due to the covid crisis but this wasn’t pointed out to us when ordering .
