I am afraid that althiugh there is no problem with the flowers the delivery is rubbish. This is my second experience and after 3 days still no flowers! Very disappointed really. Maybe the way they are delivered should be reviewed. The recipient lives in a major city, easy access. The recipient is a primary school teacher doing online teaching and has been home all the time for 3 days. No notification of any form has followed. Having received an email at 8am on the morning of delivery I was very optimistic as far as everything going fine. But no! Don't know where the bouquet is... It is now the weekend and even if the flowers arrive later on, what state are they going to be in? So annoyed as it is the second mishap.
