Major issues with delivery. Postman left a card saying the recipient should rearrange delivery on Friday. She WAS AT HOME! There was a tick box to say if the parcel contained perishables which they did NOT tick even though it was obviously flowers. Then it was redelivered today just abandoned in the doorstep without the bell being rung or the door being knocked.
This is so disappointing!
