Ordered on Monday morning, picked delivery day Wednesday from the options list, flowers did not arrive Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, disappointing for us and our nurse daughter who we have not been able to see for 2 months and she really needed cheering up. Emailed flying- flowers Saturday morning and received an email soon after apologizing and sending a full refund. good response from customer services but we really wanted the flower delivered.
