I am so angry to find out that these flowers were delivered to my Mother on Friday practically dead. I’m gutted I haven’t seen her for nearly a year and this was to be a special gift. She is 90 years old in a residential apartment She was too upset to tell me until she was persuaded to tell me by a carer.
She will attempt to send me a photo but difficult for her to do. She doesn’t see very well and very disabled.
Absolutely disgusting and so angry.
