The purchasing of flowers was very easy, communication of delivery time was perfect but after comparing photos off the website of what I thought I was getting and the flowers that were delivered theres a huge difference. The photos on the website are misleading and although they state underneath what exactly you're getting, it's hard to imagine which is why the photos should show exactly what it looks like arranged and how many of each you'll get. I'm actually really disgusted by the price. I paid nearly £30 and the 'bunch' that arrived for my mum was smaller than a bunch I could have bought from a supermarket for half the price. The only good thing was that the free tiny box of chocolates I was meant to get was out of stock so it was replaced with a full size box. I feel like companies like this are really playing on the fact not a lot of us can leave the house at the minute.
