Sorry to be leaving a negative review but I am so disappointed not only for myself but my husband who bought me a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift. The first box of flowers arrived and were reasonable but the iris flowers never opened. The second box arrived and contained just daffodils and carnations. I could have picked daffodils up from my local store for £1 a bunch and carnations are not that exciting either. £20 for this bunch did not represent value at all. My husband did complain and did receive a refund. We really thought an effort would be made with the final delivery - but yet again I was disappointed to receive a bunch of tulips and a scrawny stem of gyp!!!! Who would pay £20 for a bunch of tulips!!!!! We were promised a refund, but to date this hasn’t arrived. Your web page will not allow me to upload images, even though it is asking me if I would like to do so. All in all a very disappointing experience with Flying Flowers.
