Sorry to have to leave a negative review but I am so disappointed I bought a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift for my wife. The first box of flowers arrived and were reasonable but the iris flowers never opened. The second box arrived and contained just daffodils and carnations. I could have picked daffodils up from my local supermarket for £1 a bunch they certainly did not represent value for money. After complaining I did receive a refund. And really thought an effort would be made with the final delivery - but yet again I was disappointed & my wife was even more disappointed to receive just a bunch of tulips which again I could have bought from my local supermarket for less and in better condition. None of the flowers lasted the prescribed amount of time and again I was promised a refund which has taken 3 weeks to receive. I would have posted images of the flowers so others could see the poor quality but the web site will not allow me to post any images for whatever reason.
Safe to say I will not be buying flowers from Flying Flowers again and certainly would not recommend them to family, friends and colleagues. I will spend my refund on purchasing flowers locally for my wife which I'm sure will be far better and by doing so will be helping a small local business.
