This experience wasn't good: my gift should have been delivered Tuesday 1st or Wednesday 2nd June by Royal Mail. The recipient said they were delivered Friday night or Saturday morning? The flowers were much the worse for wear and were in very poor condition.
Have only had one problem before with Flying Flowers, when Lindt chocs I paid for were not enclosed; normally I am very happy with the flowers, service, delivery et al. But this delivery to my friend is upsetting; why were the flowers not delivered on time but some 3 - 4 days later. Poor.
