I am usually delighted with flowers from Flying Flowers but this time the bouquet was for a family members birthday and when they arrived several flower heads were broken and the bouquet generally looked dilapidated. Fortunately once the flowers were put into water they perked up a little more but they did not really look like the vibrant bouquet that I chose to send.
