My sister-in-law loved them. However, she did not know they had been delivered to her until I rang and she looked out of her front door and saw a box there. There is a bell for use but perhaps she did not hear it. She is not deaf, so I do not know what happened there. Fortunaltely, the weather was dry and there was no wind, so no damage done. They were delivered on the day I requested.
