My order of a Christmas tree to my 90 year old mother in law was not delivered and it was due on the 14th to 16th December. I was with her this weekend and can confirm this. I asked Your customer services what had happened and was told to pursue this with the royal mail. My contract is with you not the royal mail and you should ensure its delivered.
I am so disappointed as I use your company a lot and have not had this problem before.
