So everyone makes a mistake,, its how it's put right that matters. I ordered a bunch for my mum, and they were just not up to scratch, I sent a polite message to the company with photos and they reimbursed me straight away, no quibble, my mum also received a replacement bunch at 7.30 the next morning.. Having confidence in a company is a big part of ordering online, especially when it's a product for an occasion.. Well done, credit where credit is due.
