The reason that I have given this mark is that I made a mistake with the house number. When I rang two or three days before delivery to report this I was told that it would be corrected. I was not advised that it was too late to change this However I also alerted the recipient, and sure enough, they had to retrieve the parcel. I thought I had given enough notice for the address to be updated although I freely admit that the error was mine on the orignal order
