Very unhelpful i was ordering flowers for my wife for Valentines day got to the payment screen thought everything was fine then it went back to the home screen so i checked my bank nothing had gone through so i done the order again and paid to then see i was actually charged twice so i emailed straight away to explain what had happened to get a response sorry theres nothing they could do as its already gone through to the shop. Shocking so for a bunch of roses for £24 i ended up paying over £50. Very unsatisfied and i wont be a returning customer very very poor customer service guy's i work for the biggest transport company in Britain and deal with customer service delivery every day and i gave that sort of a response 1 i wouldn't be very good at my job 2 our customer would travel with other transport companies removing money from our sales.
