it was important for the flowers to be received on the booked and designated date. The recipient is extremely ill and time mattered. The flowers were eventually received a day or so later. The timing mattered and the delivery date when the flowers were received was eventually on an inconvenient day. I was sent a photo of them and they looked very much the worse for wear.
In addition I was offered a 15% reduction in the price of £30 - but your system would not process the reduction. Given the sad circumstances and the need for speed it was important to send them - but your company was failing to accept telephone calls to resolve this despite being in working hrs.
I have sent many bunches of flowers with your company in the last 10 months but am very disappointed to have been let down so badly this time.
I expect to receive an apology and a refund for the £4.50 (15%), in addition to compensation for this situation. Mrs H Mann (hmdollshouse@yahoo.co.uk)
