I have been using FF for many years. I sent some flowers for my mum's birthday and this is the messagee I received:
"Thank you to you all for the beautiful flowers and basket of goodies I received for my birthday. The flowers are absolutely beautiful."
When I spoke to her she said they were the best flowers she had ever received from FF.
