I've used Flying Flowers many times happily and without incident but after sending a bouquet to my cousin last week was very disappointed when she told me they'd arrived half-dead. She did as advised and placed them in water and trimmed the stems but they only rallied a little.
I sent a message to Flying Flowers a few days ago but they haven't bothered to answer me. I'll think twice before I order from them again.
