You completely failed in you contract with me to deliver my orde, not only on the day contracted, but on any day. You failed to track my order, the only saving grace is that you refunded the value of my order.
However, you have had "use" of my funds for many days until it arrives back in my bank.
Fortunately for me flying flowers have many competitors which I will use in future
