I ordered 4 bunches of flowers to four Ladies for delivery on December 22nd.
What arrived were 2 bunches to 3 Ladies, and none to another Lady!
Consequently I had to sort it out myself, on my 90th Birthday!
You were always efficient in the past, what a shame
it was such a shambles this time!
What a good job the Flowers were lovely.
