It would have been nice if the flowers had arrived on the correct day instead of a day late. I did not feel like shelling out an additional £5;for what should have been perfectly possible as part of the original order. However, although the flowers looked tired on arrival, they perked up and they are still doing well so they were obviously very fresh when they were sent. Well done.
