Tried calling on phone , then tried live chat , waste of time , sent email requesting phone call , then tried to register online , then when registered tried to send 1st bouquet but the recipient address couldn't be found, after almost 1 hour decided to give up . 2 hours later received phone call , lovely lady sorted all problems and 2 bouquets were eventually sent .

Personally I won't use again and I won't recommend . I'm 82 , it is just too much hassle. Phone number says number is no longer answered . WHAT ! Why ?
