Flowers were for Mothers Day and were delivered in a completely disheveled state with the box being held together with bits of sellotape after it’s been ripped and damaged. The box was torn and broken and the flower stems broken and squashed. I had to ask for a refund when I saw the state if it. And while I was refunded that isn’t enough! My mum now has no surprise for Mothers Day as a result of sloppy practice with Flying Flowers. I’ve been in touch to ask why Flying Flowers feel that a refund is good practice when a complimentary substitute should be sent out for the recipient in addition to a full refund! No response to this email and overall poor, poor service and even worse quality of products and delivery. Hugely disappointing for my mum!!! I provided photos of the state of the package and contents- waste of money.
