Normally a 5star review but this time reduced because after ordering my mum was admitted to hospital, so I emailed 6 days before the delivery date to request change of delivery address to my address as no one at mum's to accept delivery. Flowers still delivered to mum's address, they were quite wilted by time my sister found them, they have revived some now but I'm disappointed my request to change delivery address not actioned as I don't live close by mum, hence delay in finding flowers at her house, we were going straight to hospital to visit her there not her house.
