The flowers that I sent to my sister were beautiful after they had been in water overnight.
They were delivered in the evening and had obviously been in a van all day - I had a message that they were out for delivery in the morning. The box was rather crumpled which has not happened with any of my previous orders. Also they were delivered at 7:30 pm which was rather late for my elderly sister who had already locked up the house and was wary of answering the door when it was dark.
