I have had flowers from your selves for many years and with no problem. However, the flowers I sent for my daughter's birthday the past weekend arrived looking very sad and droopy and a great disappointment to us both. This is the first time I have been let down and feel very sad it has happened, especially after recommending your company to many friends and family.
