The flowers lovely and the customer service is always excellent. Unfortunately despite paying the extra charge delivery was not so good as not delivered on day required which spoilt the surprise as I had to ask if they had been received. Flying Flowers refund the delivery charge and 50% of the cost and the money was back in my account the next day. Will probably use them again bit not for time critical gifts
