Terrible. Customer care is non existent. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a certain day, 40 minutes after ordering I sent an email requesting that they be delivered on an alternate date as the recipient was going to be away. I was told no as they had already been dispatched??? They did not arrive on the date specified anyway, but 2 days later so £35 wasted. I tried to raise it with the online “help” live chat to be closed down before I had a chance to respond.
I will never use this company again.
