I have given a five star review after a disappointing start as the first flower order did not arrive at the destination. I chased the delivery up the next day as I mistakenly thought they were still out for delivery. The assistant who responded to me was excellent. A very speedy email response was sent and the order was investigated. Once it was clear that no flowers had arrived a replacement bouquet was sent out the next day, arriving in the morning. My niece described them as absolutely stunning. I appreciated the customer service and felt they could not have done any more on this occasion. Sometimes things to do wrong but it's what happens next that makes the difference.
