The flowers arrived the next day after the requested day at 5pm. They were very dry. They
were revived by my daughter & they survived. Free delivery was on offer as were the extra flowers
& free chocolates. I sent a complaint to Flying Flowers & was given a refund. I suggested that free delivery is not worth offering as it is so important to ensure any flower order arrives on the date requested & it is too risky to hope that they will arrive on time when the company says most bunches will arrive when requested but to allow 2 working days for receipt.
