Delivery was a day late due to supplier issues,I'm guessing the appalling weather at the time but I was contacted prior to the required delivery date with the option of speaking to someone about it,which is all they could do so no complaints. Flowers were the usual excellent quality and recipiant was delighted,which is the important thing.
